Admission Requirements
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Hold a valid American Heart Association BLS CPR card
- Complete a physical exam
- Provide a government-issued photo ID
- Have a valid social security number or Federal Tax ID
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have reliable transportation for clinical locations
- Ability to read and comprehend English
- Maintain current immunizations (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis, Influenza, COVID-19)
- Complete TB test or chest x-ray
- Fulfill Online Readiness and Basic Computer Literacy assessments
